It All Started With a Vision
From Thick Woods to Sunset Village

When people drive by today, they see progress. They see roads beginning to
take shape, trees carefully cleared, and the excitement of something new
coming to life.
What they don't see is what this property looked like when we first stood here.
It was heavily wooded, overgrown, and difficult to imagine as anything more
than untouched land. But standing beneath those towering trees overlooking
Little Rock Lake, we could already picture something special.
We envisioned peaceful evenings watching the sunset over the water. We
imagined neighbors gathering under the pavilion, couples enjoying morning
coffee on their porches, pickleball games, pontoon rides, community gardens,
and new friendships forming every season.
That vision became Sunset Village.
Creating a beautiful 55+ seasonal resort isn't just about developing land. It's
about creating a lifestyle where people can slow down, enjoy nature, and make
memories with friends and family.
Every tree removed and every path created has been done with purpose to
preserve the beauty of this property while building a community that future
residents will be proud to call their seasonal home.
Today, that vision is becoming reality, and we can't wait to share it with you.
