Meet Your Neighbors

What turns a development into a community? The people.
We can build roads, pour concrete pads and create pickleball courts, gathering spaces, docks and landscaping. But ultimately, it's the people who will make Sunset Village special.
Imagine waking up and seeing a message: "Heading down to play pickleball at 9. Anyone want to join?" Or, "Beautiful night! We're taking the pontoon out for sunset and have room for four more."
Someone might be looking for a golf partner. Another neighbor may have discovered a great restaurant. Maybe somebody catches a huge fish and proudly posts the picture - although we're not sure they'll share exactly where they caught it!
There could be morning coffee gatherings, wine and cheese nights, bingo, live music, community cookouts, golf outings, fishing, boating and spontaneous get-togethers.
With only 47 seasonal sites, Sunset Village will be large enough to have plenty happening but small enough to get to know your neighbors.
Welcome to Sunset Village - where your neighbor might just become your next great friend.
